Power Requirements:

If your vendor application has been confirmed, you can now select the relevant options you require for your site, add them to your cart and complete the booking payment online. After clicking “Add to Cart” you’ll be asked to enter vendor details that help us to identify you on the day, please make sure they match the details you submitted on your vendor application.

The “Dessert Truck/Trailer/Stall” site fee allows for a setup area up to 3m deep x 6m wide for a truck, vehicle, trailer or marquee that primarily serves and sells dessert food items that are made to order onsite. (E.g Snow Cones, Shaved Ice, Ice Cream, Frogurt, Gelato, Souffle, Pancakes, Churros etc)

Note: This site fee is for the use of the site only and does not include any tents, covers, marquees, furniture or accessories. Vendors are encouraged to light their own stalls in addition to the decorative lighting pre-installed on our site (Warm white light will match the markets festive twilight theming). You are required to bring your own weights or stakes to secure your stall against wind and weather.

Power Add-On: If you require power for your site, you can add it as an option extra. Vendors are required to bring their own power extension lead to run from their stall to the provided generator, distribution board or power outlet. All cables must be tested and tagged and in date. Additional fees for power help us to cover the cost of generator hire and associated accessories. If you require additional power to the options provided in the drop-down above, please add them separately after adding your site booking to the cart by selecting the “Site Power Add-On” from the booking portal.

BYO Generator: Due to the large size of our site, vendors may bring their own generator with an extension lead to run the generator far away from the market area to reduce noise. Please bring a cable that is at least 30m in length.

A copy of your invoice and a booking confirmation will be sent to the email you use at checkout.

You will receive instructions closer to the event date with details for access to the venue.

Weather Cancellation Policy: In the event of a complete market cancellation due to weather, the site fee will be credited towards a new event date.

Vendor Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us via email at hello@kallangurmarkets.com.au five days prior to the market event you have booked to attend for a refund minus credit card transaction fees. Notification received less than five days prior will result in any payments made being credited towards a future market date.
