Stallholder Terms and Conditions

Weather Cancellation Policy: In the event of a complete market cancellation or postponement due to weather, the site fee will be credited towards a new event date. Site fees are not refundable in the instance of a weather related event cancellation or postponement.

Vendor Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us via email at hello@kallangurmarkets.com.au five days prior to the market event you have booked to attend for a refund minus credit card transaction fees. Notification received less than five days prior will result in any payments made being forfeited.

Fee Inclusions: Site fees are for the use of the site only and does not include any tents, covers, marquees, furniture or accessories. Vendors are encouraged to light their own stalls in addition to the decorative lighting pre-installed on our site (warm white light will match the markets festive twilight theming). Stallholders are required to bring their own weights, stakes or pegs to secure their stall against wind and weather for personal safety and the safety of fellow stallholders and market guests.

Insurance: All stallholders must hold their own public liability and/or products insurance and provide a copy during the application process. Stallholders are responsible for renewing and maintaining their insurance and providing a copy of the renewal when updated.

Market Criteria: Kallangur Twilight Markets attracts thousands of young families and as a result we operate with a family focused stallholder criteria, cultivating a family experience that parents are comfortable attending with their kids. Based on community feedback, we are not currently hosting stalls that feature content that would be considered 18+ or feature mature aged themes such as death/gore/violence, sexuality/sexual preferences/nudity, explicit language or anything spiritual in nature (healing crystals, psychic mediums, witchcraft products, tarot cards, voodoo etc). We also do not host stalls that sell alcohol, cigarettes/vapes, drugs etc. Kallangur Twilight Markets is an alcohol free event for the safety of guests of all ages. If you are unsure whether Kallangur Twilight Markets is the right fit for your stall or products, please email us before completing your application. If we are unable to host your stall, we’ll be more than happy to recommend local markets that may be a good match for your product range or services.

Kallangur Twilight Markets and the Frederick Marsden Youth Centre reserves the right to deny entry or remove any stallholder who violates our terms and conditions and market criteria.
